PREDICT uses models supported by artificial intelligence, available establishment information and patterns derived from 175,000 HotelCheck audits to generate a predictive risk profile of hotels that remain unresolved or unresponsive.
It allows tourism companies to decide where to focus their audit resources, which properties require urgent follow-up, and what the next verification action should be.
PREDICT is available exclusively for unresolved or unresponsive properties. It complements verified audits, but never replaces them.

It facilitates the listing of hotels that continue without an updated or completed audit after the agreed contact cycle.

PREDICT combines available establishment information with aggregated patterns identified in HotelCheck's audit history.
3. Prediction Generation
Each hotel receives a clearly identified predictive profile, a confidence indicator, and a priority level.

Depending on the result, the next recommended action may be:
